Paphos Area: With a wonderful all year around climate Paphos is very popular with visitors from many European countries including the UK, Germany and Scandinavia, particularly for people looking for a well structured by relaxed holiday environment. Walking and Climbing in the Akamas Peninsular Peyia is on the edge of the Akamas Peninsular a National Park and area of outstanding natural beauty. Traditional is the word to describe this village in both look and feel. Small winding streets, stone houses and an old village church with shops lie at the centre of Peyia. The village also offers visitors a good selection of facilities and services including banks, doctors, two supermarkets, fishmongers, bakery, butchers and launderette. It also offers a good selection of Taverna’s where you can try the local fare and hospitality.
Kissonerga & Chlorakas Area: Kissonerga is a small and elegant traditional style village found between the central tourist area of Paphos and lovely Coral Bay. The main street of the village boasts a good selection of grocery shops, convenience stores, a pharmacy and a choice of traditional Taverna’s. Kissonerga is ideally located for visitors who want to experience living in a traditional village but also want to be close to the evening entertainment offered by Paphos and Coral Bay.

This apartment is located on the east coast of Cyprus, which has wonderful broad bays and harbors like Famagusta, Paphos, Larnaca and Limassol. It is a wonderful area for a holiday, not the least because the temperature in summer is between 25 and 30° C. The periods of March to early June and from September to October are the best months in terms of temperature. Perhaps outside the city limits of Paralimni it is not so pretty architecturally, but that is more than offset by the beautiful landscaped gardens which are a delight for the eye, especially when the trees are in blossom or bearing fruit. The current generation has however been building more and more attractive houses. In the heart of Paralimni there is a small but well equipped shopping center (including stores like Carrefour and Orfinades) and modern cafes and bars. Kokkinos also has local supermarkets. Paralimni is known for its picturesque windmills that still pump water. The nearby town of Protaras is predominantly a tourist resort. It has lovely sandy beaches (including the famous “Fig Tree Bay”) and deep blue waters. It is known as "the land of windmills". Just a few kilometers away lies Ayia Napa, which has in recent times grown into a resort of considerable size. It has all the facilities you would expect from a modern holiday resort. By comparison, Protereas is quieter and thus more suited to family holidays. Cape Greco (10 km from Protaras) is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island. Larnaca is the second largest port on the island and it has an international airport as well. Being one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, there are of course many historical sites. The harbor has a 400 meter long jetty where yachts are moored. Here you can also enjoy a stroll along the palm-lined promenade. There are regular festivals in Anthestiria in May, the Kataklysmos Festival during the first half of summer, Larnaca Summer Festival in July and the Village Festival in August. Kition is an Old Testament city. Its ruins are open to visitors and the museums tell about the architecture. On the coast there are opportunities for diving, snorkeling and other water sports including parasailing, wave running and kayaking. The residence is based just on the hillside on the outskirts of the traditional Cypriot village of Droushia.
The apartment is furnished to very high standard with a private roof garden with Jacuzzi and built in BBQ. The apartment also boasts air conditioning.
The apartment offers a double bed in the sleeping area of the apartment with fitted wardrobes.
The spacious open plan living area comprises of quality white sofas, LG flat screen TV with BBC and ITV together with European channels and a separate DVD Player.
The fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops Bosch fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and a dining table.
The properties private roof terrace has a Jacuzzi, sun beds and a built in BBQ.
The apartments are set within a beautifully landscaped, gated 5 star Akamas Health Farm and Spa Resort with access to the Spa, Restaurant and on site facilities.
There is internet access available in the common areas; credit must be purchased at the reception of the Spa.
