Our luxury 2 bedroomed house is situated on the Championship La Finca Golf Resort in Southern Costa Blanca. It is set within a gated community, with immaculate gardens and private parking. It is situated between the villages of Algorfa and Los Montesinos. The urbanisation of Quesada is 3 kilometres away. Torrevieja and Guardamar are 15 kilometres away.
Our house has been tastefully furnished and is a 2 bedroomed town house that more than comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has a large spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms, a large bathroom, 1 downstairs toilet, a large terrace leading out to a private garden overlooking the communal pool, and private roof terrace with sun loungers. The house is fully air-conditioned, including ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a 4 piece suit with shower and plenty of storage. The lounge boasts a real open fireplace, flat screen TV with terrestrial and Sky TV fitted. There is also a DVD player, docking station for iPod, lots of current DVDs, books and games available for your enjoyment. The house is a real home from home with everything you could need, down to a needle and thread! We have a tourist guide of the Costa Blanca area available for your use along with a Spanish/English dictionary just in case you want to practise the lingo.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, hob, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, smoothie maker, iron, ironing board, quality kitchen utensils, crockery, glass ware, pots and pans. The garden terrace overlooks the communal pool with table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining. The roof terrace is a spacious areas with 2 quality sun loungers and a small table. There is also clothes drying facilities on the terrace. All bedlinen and towels included.
