Also berthed in Brixham harbour is the replica of Sir Franices Drake Ship Golden Hind alos nearby is the Statue of Prince William of Orange who landed to reclaim the English throne. The Famous Hymn 'Abide With Me ' was written in Brixham at Which is now the Berry Head Hotel formerly a Napoleonic Hospital by the Rev Henry Frances Lite who lived there.
