Mill House holiday let in Chifenti has three bedrooms comfortably sleep seven guests. The house has a small pool to cool off under the Tuscan sun.

Mulino di San Loreto is a stone built mill lovingly restored using local traditional materials. It now benefits from gas central heating, double glazed Chestnut windows, a wood burning stove and open fireplace making it ideal for winter stays. That said, being stone built the Mill is cool during the hot summer months making it the ideal retreat for any season. The bedrooms are beautiful, each with its own luxury en-suite shower room. We are ideally located just 5 mins from Bagni Di Lucca where you will find a range of superb restaurants and bars, shops, thermal spa + thermal swimming pool and sports facilities. Should you wish to 'eat in' your hosts Mel and Gill are happy to provide home cooked evening meals or barbeques on request and are always happy to meet your requirements to make your holiday a very special one.

Two double bedded rooms with wrought iron beds with wardrobes and drawers + luxury en-suite shower rooms. One twin bedded room with wrought iron beds, wardrobe, drawers and luxury en-suite shower room.

All linen and towels included, changed once a week or for nominal charge can be changed more frequently! The cleaning and changeover is provided once a week free of charge, additional cleaning available at nominal costs.

The property is centrally heated with double glazing and log fires in the winter months. The Mill is built in stone so remains cool in the summer months.
Please note central heating if required is charged at 20 euros per day. Logs for the open fire are free.
Evening meals and barbeques can be provided on request.
Smoking is only permitted outside.

The mill has its own driveway, leading to the parking area. The mill is on three floors and the sitting out areas are on different levels, it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Children are welcome but due to the nature of the property it is up to guests to exercise parental responsibility for their children.

It enjoys fabulous views breathtaking sunsets, set in landscaped gardens and a large 8 x 4m private swimming pool giving the feel of paradise. This superb holiday accommodation contains every convenience for a comfortable and memorable holiday. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans and fly-screens are provided. Shutters all around have been installed recently (January 2013) all designed to keep you nice and cool when inside. A complimentary welcome pack will greet you on arrival.

Notes on accommodation:
The villa is a non-smoking establishment, although ash trays are provided, for guests wishing to smoke outside. Fly screens recently fitted to all windows

Outside
The pool is surrounded by a paved patio area and landscaped gardens. Past the pool, there is an area of decking which houses some of the sun loungers, this also has pots plants and small tables for your complete enjoyment. It is also surrounded by solar lighting, which along with the pool lights, makes the experience of barbecuing or even just relaxing with your favorite drink an unforgetable experience. There are also outdoor shower facilities. The villa is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for guest's use around the pool. The villa is ideal for outside dining with the choice of either the downstairs patio area overlooking the private garden, which has two barbecues, gas or charcoal, or the upstairs sun-terraces, each having a table and two chairs.

Coast/Beach
Vardas Beach, with it's beach-side restaurant is a 15 minute walk and has a lovely grassed area with sun loungers and parasols. There are many beaches around the Paphos area including Coral Bay, one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus, with Blue Flag EU certification, complete with all facilities, water sports, snack bars, shops and restaurants and can be reached by car (5km) or you can catch the bus on the coast road.

Golf
Cyprus offers an all year round enjoyable golfing experience. There are 3 courses all within easy reach.

Skiing:
Troodos (just over an hours drive) has an expanding ski area resort with four pistes - two beginners slopes and intermediate and advanced runs on the north face. The skiing season lasts a couple of months a year, peaking in February.

How to get there
Paphos airport 25 mins by car. Larnaca airport 1hr 30mins. Collection to and from the airport can be pre-arranged for you. Car hire not essential, but recommended.

Distances:
Kissonerga is well located, and ideally positioned to explore the many places to visit. The village can be reached on foot in 5 mins. There is also a choice of tavernas which come highly recommended, within walking distance on the coast road. 10 minute drive up to Tala village square is a true taste of Cyprus with many traditional tavernas to be enjoyed.

Further details
Hiring a car is not essential but is recommended for those who want to explore all that Cyprus has to offer. A drive up to the pine clad Troodos Mountains is recommended and traditional villages include Lania, Omodos and Kakopetria or visit the beautiful monastery of Agios Neofytos. For a nice day out you can head to the popular fishing harbours of Polis and Latchi. Cyprus has the best of both, there is 'old' Cyprus offering charm and tradition or 'new' Cyprus which is livelier and modern. It is all there to be enjoyed, so your holiday is truly what you make it. Paphos town and harbour has an array of shops, restaurants and bars for a good evening out and Paphos fort often stages special attractions throughout the year. For the daytime, if you are adventurous Paphos Water Park is reached in 15 mins drive and is great for the kids. Many special interest holidays can be enjoyed such as fishing, cycling or birdwatching. A Spring visit to Cyprus provides some of the most exciting birding in all Europe. We can also arrange collection from the airport.

Exceptional well renovated alpine retreat in farmhouse

Set within a cozy hamlet, the chalet is an idyllic mountainside retreat overlooking the Giffre Valley. Ideally located less than an hour from Geneva airport or train station. Local activities include walking (some great walks from the front door), mountain biking, road biking, white-water rafting, parasailing and fishing. Its a 10-minute stroll to the local market, patisserie and ski lifts for Summer biking or hiking. There's a garden with stunning mountain views, equipment for barbecues and outdoor entertaining on the patio.

Its convient access to the 5 resorts of the Grand Massif affords skiers 356km of pistes and we have a cave for ski storage.

The property is a superb ground floor appartment within a converted farmhouse. It has been newly furnished and provides a spacious lounge with wood burning stove, cozy sofa, armchairs and foot rests, with good stereo and i-pod fitting, games and books. The dining area seats 6 and has a delightful dresser and solid pine table. The kitchen is fully fitted with new fridge, sink, brand new oven and hob and a dishwasher. The owners are keen cooks so the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking equipment.

There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofabed in the lounge to sleep a total of 6 people. A travel cot and high chair is available on request for children (at no extra cost). The bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath and a sink and there is a seperate WC with sink. There is an exterior cave for storage of skis, bikes. The garden has superb views of the Giffre Valley and mountains and the cave contains equipment and outdoor furniture for enjoying meals outside either on the back or side patios.

Beds can be freshly made up before your arrival, on request, with chocolates on the pillow and a welcome basket of essential goodies will greet you on arrival. Kitchen & bathroom linens plus towels is charged at £15 per person. We require a £100 damages deposit upon booking which is fully refundable within 14 days subject to no damages or breakages.

Your first night's meal can be delivered to your door by a local organic supplier, available at additional cost (approx 12 euros per person). Or if you feel like it you have the option of having breakfast and dinner delivered or served each day, also available on request at cost.

'SummerHaus' is a luxury 3 bedroom alpine apartment

'SummerHaus' is a modern and spacious (110 sq metre) apartment in the Austrian Alps.

There is a very large open plan kitchen, living, dining area with a high wooden vaulted ceiling. This open plan area has access to a large blacony area with fantastic views across the valley to the mountains. It's the perfect area for sundowners and BBQs.

The kitchen is fitted to the highest standards with black granite worktops and a separate island. There is a fitted oven, large hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer and many appliances.

There is a dining table seating 8 people. The lounge area has additional seating: 2 large double sofas, one which is a double sofa bed. There is also a large Plasma TV, with DVD, Satelite Connection and iPod docking station.

There are 3 bedrooms, with plenty of storage and built-in wardrobes:
-The Master Bedroom has an en-suite walk in shower and WC, and it's own balcony.
-There are 2 x Twin Bedrooms, each with single beds.
-There is a separate Bathroom and a separate WC in the Hallway.

There is a spacious entrance area and hallway, with a separate wardrobe and racks for additional storage.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout.

There is also a separate Ski Cellar and Utility Room below the apartment. This has a ski rack and boot warmer; and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The open plan area is highlighted by the large wooden vaulted ceiling, which in turn is fronted by large patio doors across the full width of the room, which gives a very light and sunny ambience.

There's plenty of seating with 2 sofa beds (one of which is a large double sofa bed). There is a coffee table and TV/DVD storgae cabinet which has plenty of DVDs, Games and Books.

There is direct access through the patio doors onto a large wrap around balcony, perfect for sitting out in the summer with a chilled glass of wine or a gluh wein in winter. The views of the mountains and valley in summer and winter are spectacular.

Dining room notes:
There is a dining table with bench seating and independant chairs. Additional seating for 3 people, around the granite island, creates a casual bar area High chairs for babies are available on request.

Bedroom notes:
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and WC. There are extensive built in wardrobes, and under the bed storage drawers. The Master bedroom can also house two small 'put up' beds (suitable for children), which can be requested.
Large patio doors lead onto a spacious balcony.

The 2 Twin bedded rooms also have large built in cupboards and plenty of storage.

Bathroom notes:
The Master bedroom has a stand alone 'walk-in' shower, and a separate wash basin and WC, plus heated towel rails.

The shared bathroom in the hallway has a large bath with overhead shower.

There is also a seperate toilet with hand basin.

Kitchen notes:
The kitchen is ultra modern, with white units and black granite worktops, together with a separate island. The island doubles up either as a separate food preparation area or a bar.

There is a sleek electric hob, and a built in oven and microwave, plus there is a large fridge freezer and built-in dish washer.

There are plenty of cooking appliances and equipment (fondue set, rice cooker, wok), as well as sufficient crockery and utensils for 10 people.

Car notes:
Flachau village is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Flachau is 1 km from the motorway.

Leisure notes:
Flachau is a great place for so many leisure and sport activities, both in winter and summer.

Flachau is in the heart of the Ski Amade Ski Region: 'Austria's Greatest Ski Paradise', which offers an amazing extent of >850kms of piste. Flachau is on the Ski Welt sector, which alone has >250kms of piste. It's also ideally placed to get to the other nearby resorts of Bad Gastein, Hochkonig, Maria Alm, and Schladming: all of which are on the Ski Amade ski pass!

So whether you ski or board there's an unlimited extent and variety of runs; in addition there are hundreds of circuits for the cross country enthusiast as well.

Or if you want to go snow walking through the forest trails, or sledging, or para gliding over the slopes, there's a fantastic choice available. Equally if you want to take it easy: relax in a hot spa or take a horse drawn sleigh ride, there's an equal number of options available.

Naturally Flachau and Austria excels in extending top class service; some of the best mountain restaurants and bars in the Alps are available nearby. Naturally the Apres- Ski is world class, with great fun and entertainment in many slope side bars and huts.

In summer there's an equally great range of facilities. The ski lifts continue to operate in sumer, hence you can get rapid access quickly up into the mountains. There's an abundance of summer trails, all graded and well signposted, for walkers of every level. Equally there's a large amount of mountain bike trails and road cycling through the countryside.

Paragliding from the mountain summits is available and other outbund pursuits such as white water rafting and mountaineering.

Alternatively try out horse riding, as there are nearby stables and guides.

The lakes are equally appealling with facilities fo swimming and boating.

Flachu also caters well for the golf enthusiast, there are 15 golf courses within a 50 minute journey; the nearest being in Radstadt, only 15 minutes away.

So whatever your interest and whatever the weather, Flachau has something for everyone.

Directions:
Flachau village is easily accessible just off Exit 66 on the A10 motorway, which is approx 35 minutes drive from Salzburg.

'SummerHaus' is on a lane called 'Griessenkarweg', which is just off the main Flachauer strasse (the main road into Flachau village). From the A10 Motorway it is a very easy 10 minute drive to SummerHaus.

Winter tyres are required throughout Austria during the winter season, so do make sure that your car is properly equiped.
