A lovely comfortably furnished one bedroom apartment, just for couples, situated in Buenavista between Moraira / Calpe on the coast. The apartment has a south facing sunny lounge leading out onto an "all day sun" private roof terrace with lovely views looking towards the Penon de Ifach at Calpe and the Mediterranean Sea. The Lounge has English Sky TV and a video Dvd with films, There is a bedroom with King size comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen and a shower room with jet shower. The apartment has been refubished (feb 2010) and is equipped with fans ,air con and central heating. There is permanent access to the private New heated pool and terraces which form part of the main villa downstairs.

The apartment and gardens have just been refurbished to a high standard, and is very clean and well equipped. It has been repainted March 2011. It is on the first floor and has wonderful sea and mountain views.( No one above you ) The Sunny roof terrace has Sea & Mountain views, table, chairs, and sunbeds and a sun awning for al fresco dining. There is also a safe deposit box. In the kitchen / diner there is table and 2 chairs, juicer, toaster,kettle, conbination microwave with oven, hob.,fridge/freezer iron & ironing board and plenty of utensils. There is also a clothes airer.
The villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de sac with secure covered off street parking. The swimming pool is heated for all year round use, and is on a salt system which is heathier for the skin and eyes. It is set in the private rear garden. There is also an outdoor shower for cooling off. The pool side terrace has sun loungers and parasols for relaxing and sunbathing. There are tables and chairs around the garden in sunny and shady areas. Also a BBQ. The pool and garden area are only shared with the couple who own the villa, when they are there. Smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace. (Ash tray provided)
