LOCATION:
The villa is only 2 minutes from La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, and 10 minutes drive from fabulous Guardamar beach, with golden sand and plentiful free parking. The villa has a bathroom with shower and bidet, living/dining room, separate kitchen, and is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There are views from the covered terrace of the communal garden and pool, down to part of the golf course, and across to the villas on the other side of the valley. Situated in a quiet area, this is an ideal location for couples or families. The climate makes it an all-year-round destination, and particularly popular for winter golf.

Cuidad Quesada, surrounded by orange and lemon groves, is situated 35 minutes south of Alicante airport and 30 minutes north of Murcia airport (San Javier), providing a wide choice of flights from the low-cost airlines operating to both these airports. There is a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, banks etc within walking distance from the villa. Quesada also has also tennis courts, a Bowls Club, and a small water park. We are on the edge of Rojales, which offers further choices of restaurants, shops and other facilities. The Blue Flag beach at Guardamar del Segura is only 4 miles from the villa, and consists of miles of golden sand bordered, for a large part of its length, by sand dunes and pines. The promenade has many restaurants overlooking the sea, and water sports of all kinds are available. Bustling Torrevieja is 20 minutes away, as are La Mata nature reserve and the salt lakes, complete with flocks of pink flamingos.

THE COSTA BLANCA REGION:
Costa Blanca, literally the ‘White Coast’ is so named because of its many fine white sandy beaches - many, including nearby, Guardamar, flying the Blue Flag. An average of 320 days sunshine and average temperatures of 15ºC in winter and 25ºC in summer make this an ideal all year round holiday destination. Due to the health giving properties of the salt lakes combined with the climate, the World Health Organisation rates this particular section of the Costa Blanca one of the healthiest places in the world to live. You will no doubt want to spend time relaxing around the villa and pool but, although not essential, hiring a car for at least part of your stay will enable you to appreciate even more what a lovely part of Spain this is and how much there is to see and do. Spanish roads are excellent and the drivers are courteous.

To find Quesada on a map of the Costs Blanca, first locate Guardamar del Segura, on the coast south of Alicante but north of Torrevieja; Four miles inland is Rojales, with Quesada adjoining (although it will only appear on a large-scale map). For flights, we are ideally situated approximately mid-way between Alicante and Murcia airports, giving you a choice of low-cost airlines flying to both destinations from all parts of the UK. The area has an excellent road network, and detailed directions will be forwarded on receipt of the final payment. For those preferring to be met at the airport and driven to the villa this can be arranged and, should you wish to hire a car later during the course of your stay, there are three companies within Quesada/Rojales.
