Description
Kismet is a large traditional farmhouse split into 2 apartments, with ample parking facilities and enclosed rear garden. We offer each apartment for weekly rental.
Kismet 1 is a ground floor apartment ideal for those with restricted mobility. The kitchen/diner has French doors leading to the front patio area with its own garden table with parasol and chairs. Access to the rear garden is through the latched gate, which we ask to be kept closed for the safety of small children, the large heated swimming pool (also fully enclosed for safety) is located at the rear of this garden. A BBQ and children’s play area is also situated under cover. The apartment has spacious lounge with ample seating, flat screen TV with Freesat (no missing those soaps or weather reports from the UK) and a Video/DVD player. The large kitchen/diner is well equipped to meet all your holiday culinary needs with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, full size cooker, toaster and kettle. Bed linen provided at no extra cost. Cot available on request. While we can provide sheets for the cot we don't provide duvet/blankets for it. Both rooms have small wall heaters in case it turns cold.
Discounted rates for longer stays. The booking for weekly rental is for four persons in Kismet 1. Weekly rental is from Saturday, arrival from 4.00 pm, to Saturday, departure by 10.00 am. A 30% deposit is required with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required which will be returned 15 days after departure, after inspection of the gite. If for any reason we need to deduct money from this deposit you will be informed why we felt it necessary to do this. All bed linen provided. T-towels also provided. Bath/hand towels can be provided at a small additional cost. A contract which can be found on our website lists terms and conditions in full. Cleaning to be done prior to departure. If there are any breakages please let us know so they can be replaced.

The large heated swimming pool is an enclosed above ground pool with bolted gate so little children can not access it without adult supervision. It also has its own cover protection. The garden is equipped with generous quantities of tables, chairs and loungers. |
