The fully air-conditioned property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a super king-size bed, if you prefer. There is central heating throughout for those refreshingly cooler winter nights. There's free wireless broadband plus a phone allowing free calls to other properties on the resort. There's also a Skype phone; log in and phone back home for free.

The master bedroom is upstairs, with patio doors leading to the upstairs terrace and its superb vistas across the golf-course, palm trees and the lake in the distance. On the terrace you'll find a table (with umbrella), four chairs and four sun-loungers.

There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, making the property suitable for people with limited mobility. The glass curtains allow year-round enjoyment of the downstairs patio area. Here you can dine alfresco or simply relax with a good book in the shade on the day-bed.

For you entertainment, we have satellite TV, with a full range of UK channels, a DVD/video player, an iPod dock and recharger, a CD player and a library of over 300 music CDs, books, games and DVDs covering every taste, from horror, action, family, comedy, to children's films.

The house is only 100 metres to two of the many children’s play areas and a short walk from the nearest of the resort’'s 22 swimming pools. It's 1.2km, or a 15 minute walk, to the resort centre, where there's a number of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlour and the InterContinental Hotel.

Local public transport is limited, so a car is highly recommended to make the most of your holiday. We provide a sat nav, pre-installed with a selection of the local areas of interest and recommended bars and restaurants.

La Torre is on the Costa Cálida in Murcia, a sun-soaked region in south-east Spain.
