This is a fully furnished ground floor 1 bed apartment with patio and private garden. The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are 2 bedside tables with lamps.
The shower room has a power shower and also the washing machine along with all necessary bathroom accessories including lighted vanity unit over sink.
There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas hob and cooker, fridge freezer and storage units.
The lounge is fitted with sofa bed, dining table and four chairs.
There is patio furniture for outdoor use.
The apartment is very well equipped with everything required for an enjoyable holiday. Large sofa bed suitable for 2 adults to sleep. High gloss kitchen with hob, extractor fan, oven and all cooking utensils. There is a large fridge/freezer and washing machine.
All linen, towels, duvets and pillows provided.
The complex boasts 2 swimming pools with poolside bar and showers. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The long sandy beach is private to Pizzo Beach Club guests and is accessed through the Eucalyptus forest and is only 7 minutes walk. There is also a well equipped gym, bar/restaurant serving top quality food and wine including breakfast at reasonable prices. There are tennis courts, a football pitch and a children's play area.
There is 24 hour security on the site and is only accessed by swipe card which is issued to all guests. To comply with building regulations the complex is built no more than 2 stories high. The communal gardens are well maintained with beautiful flowers and trees.
