Description
Located within a ten minutes walk from the lovely beach of Los Alcazares and a short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. It is situated in a small, friendly complex and through its own balcony you can enjoy the overlooking view to the attractive gardens, sea and swimming pools, an ideal place to relax and sunbathe or maybe even enjoy a glass of wine.
Children and adults can safely enjoy their own pool, making it ideal for families, and private for adults.
It also has an spacious roof terrace with all the necessary facilities, including patio table and chairs, as well as sun loungers.
In the inside, the tastefully furnished lounge and dining area has a DVD player and Satelite TV with numerous British channels, and radio stations.
The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, touch control ceramic hob, oven and washing machine.The temperature can be regulated with the ceiling fans in every area of the apartment.
*Bathroom and hand towels are provided.
*Beach towels are not supplied.
*There is a no smoking policy inside the apartment, however an ashtray is provided for use on the balcony and solarium.
*Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is flexible. Normal departure time is 11 am.
*To assist your arrival it may be possible to meet you at an airport or local station.
*Towels and bedlinen included and are changed weekly. Property is cleaned on every visit.
