The apartment has a generous lounge and dining area which opens out onto a large terrace overlooking the tennis club and golf courses. The terrace enjoys impressive panoramic views over to the Mar Menor Sea and La Manga Strip. Set in landscaped gardens, this Los Olivos apartment has spectacular views over the south golf course also. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom serves Bedroom 2. Both bathrooms have hairdryers. The apartment is also equipped with air-conditioning/heating, Satellite TV, DVD, telephone for incoming and internal calls, CD, radio, iPod docker as well as a wi-fi internet access charged locally. There is a well equipped kitchen. Cots and highchairs and z-beds for a fifth member of the party are available to hire. There are some external stairs leading to the property from the road but once inside the apartment is all on one level which is a good choice for people who wishes to avoid internal stairs.

Los Olivos has two shared outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi with entry card system meaning it is exclusively for guests of this community. This area is a popular choice for tennis players being very close to the La Manga Club's tennis centre. Guests enjoy resident’s rates on tennis court hire and academy bookings.

Numerous beaches are within easy reach. The closest is the La Manga Club private beach set in a beautiful cove a few minutes drive from the property wherein during the high season summer period a courtesy bus can take guests to and from this beach. Further down the coast is Calblanque which is an unspoilt nature park. The Mar Menor lagoon provides sandy beaches with safe water and water sports. On the other side of the La Manga Strip is the Mediterranean with many beaches.

La Manga Club is best known for three excellent golf courses. The north course provides a challenge to both high/low handicappers whilst the south course has played host to Spanish Opens and features water hazards on many holes. The west course provides the tough combined with outstanding scenery. The property includes Sports Rights providing discounts of 50% on visitor green fees.

There are numerous restaurants within La Manga Club catering to a variety of budgets and tastes. There are two supermarkets one of which is five minutes walk away in Bellaluz square. A bakery/deli and also a wonderful cake shop are all within walking distance. Outside the Club there are lots of restaurants of good value and also a large supermarket (Upper) at Cabo de Palos if guests prefer to do a 'large' shop at the beginning of their holiday.

La Manga Club also provides an enormous range of other sporting and leisure activities. The tennis centre has twenty-eight courts with a range of surfaces (LTA winter training base), paddle tennis, squash courts, gym and even Crown Green Bowls. Coaching and academy courses provide high levels of teaching and competitions are held weekly. The recently built spa offers a luxury environment in which to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and a full range of beauty and well being treatments. Other activities include dance, horse riding, cricket, rugby, football, dancing, karate, climbing wall and mountain biking. Water sports are available nearby.
