The penthouse apartment has been stylishly furnished, with a modern feel and is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the sunny Costa Calida, whatever the time of year. The property has the added bonus of UK free view satellite TV, and DVD player, and air conditioning for keeping you cool on those hot summer days and warm on the cooler winter evenings. The property has two terraces, the lower terrace which is off the open plan living area, which has fantastic sea views, and from here is a staircase that leads to the roof solarium, again with stunning sea and mountain views. Just a short walk from the property is the secured communal pool and gardens. The pool has a Jacuzzi and an infant’s pool sectioned off, again with great views of the sea, a great place for all the family to relax.
The property has a fully tiled bathroom fitted with shower, toilet, and washbasin, and towels and a hair dryer are provided.
The modern kitchen has a cooker, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, everything you will need for yourself catering holiday.
The open plan living/dining area has a comfy sofa with 2 armchairs and foot stools, television with free view satellite TV and DVD. The dining area has a table and seating for 4, also there is a high chair for the smaller members of the family.
The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival, and maid service can be arranged during your stay, this will be at an extra cost, and paid to the local agent by you. Towels and linen are provided, but not beach towels.
The lower terrace has a patio set with parasol and seating for 4 and with the stunning sea views it's a great place for al fresco dining. There is also a barbecue provided.
The roof solarium has four sun beds for those sun worshipers again with fantastic sea and mountain views.
The communal pool/Jacuzzi is only a short walk.
Isla Plana has several bars and restaurants, a bank, pharmacy, and a few small shops. Puerto De Mazarron has several supermarkets, banks, shops, bars and restaurants, and on every Sunday morning there is a large open air market. There is also a clinic in the center of town.
There are several scuba diving centers within the bay, great if you want to learn to dive, or if you’re more experienced. The bay of Mazarron is protected and part of the bay has been declared as an underwater national park for its outstanding beauty.
If you prefer outstanding beauty on dry land, you can visit the Sierra Espuna National Park. This is great for walking, mountain biking, quad biking, or just for sightseeing of the beautiful landscape, this is about 30 minutes by car.
