Our well equipped, modern front line apartment not only offers you the privacy that you want on your holiday but also offers you the facilities you deserve.

Sunrise Apartment is a fabulous front line apartment which has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4. one contains a double bed the other two singles. In addition for young children we can provide a z-bed and for babies a travel cot.

We can often accommodate larger groups because we have many friends in the area who also have apartments close by, this is true also if we do not have availability so please still ask.

Inside the apartment you are treated to a bright, modern open plan living area which adjoins the modern well equipped kitchen. Open the large windows at the front of the living area to enjoy a warm summer breeze whilst sipping a glass of fine Valencian wine as you watch the Costa Blanca sunshine shimmering on the sea. It is decorated to a high standard, with thought being given to our guests needs.

The British TV can be viewed on a large 32 inch LCD TV and there is a diverse selection of DVDs for children or adults to enjoy.

The bedrooms too are bright and comfortable and offer the same fantastic views over the forest and out to sea.

The bathroom offers a large walk in shower for your convenience.

Why not start your day by taking breakfast our large sun terrace whilst soaking up the sun and admiring the unspoiled sea views across the lush green Pine and Eucalyptus forest that make up the nature reserve of "El Parque Natural".

Enjoy the sea views and the Marina at night as you prepare to go out to one of the many fantastic restaurants close by. Or take a glass of wine to the shared balcony at the entrance of the apartment as you watch the sun set over the mountains.

Nature lovers, walkers and cyclists are able to enjoy the beautiful Pine and Eucalyptus forest that lies directly opposite the apartment and forms part of "El Parque Natural" where you will find a diversity of flora and fauna.

Families will enjoy Guardamar's child friendly atmosphere with miles of beautiful safe sandy beaches, and a diversity of shops and restaurants. There is even a children's funfair in the centre of town.

Food and drink lovers will appreciate Guardamar's huge array of fantastic restaurants offering both local and international cuisine and the low prices of good wine both in the supermarkets and restaurants.

Guardamar del Segura offers unsurpassed sunshine for over 300 days of the year, hosts 13km of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca yet still remains a traditional Spanish beach resort used by the Spanish and foreigners alike.

The salt lakes in this region have a major knock on effect on humidity levels and as a result the air here is much dryer than in other parts of the world. The low humidity levels coupled with a mild climate, mean that the World Health Organisation have rated this part of Spain one of the healthiest climates on the planet.

It is steeped in history, not just as a result of its battles with Phoenician and Moorish cultures, but also more recently from the creation of the natural park of Pines and Eucalyptus in the early 20th century when residents of Guardamar had to tend one tree each to prevent the sand dunes from encroaching on the town.

It is a restful place to stay if you want it to be but has plenty of water sports and sporting facilities available for those of a more active nature. If you have a car or dont mind taking the bus there are all manner of excursions to visit within a short distance or further afield.

Every wenesday there is one of the largest street markets in the area where locals and visitors alike join in the hustle and bustle searching for bargains. There is also a night market throughout the summer months.

Guardamar is easy to reach from both the main airports of this region, Murcia and Alicante, each which have regular flights from and to the UK by all the major airlines such as British Airways, Monarch, Easy Jet and Ryanair to mention but a few.

Beach and sun lovers will benefit from Guardamar's 14km of wide golden sandy blue flag beaches that can be reached by a stroll or cycle through the woodland on a quiet tarmac road where you will see a host of wildlife.
