With great local amenities and restaurants the villa is only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity. The open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is luxuriously furnished throughout. There are four bedrooms, three en suite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share. The 4th bedroom is a poolside apartment, making the total accomodation very flexible.

The villa has been fully refurbished in 2010. There is cable and satelite TV throughout the villa offering over 30 international channels plus many local ones. The entire villa is covered by WIFI broadband with unlimited download.

English villa manager will meet you on your arrival and ensure you are comfortable and be on hand to if you need any help or advise, making your holiday an unforgettable experience.

The villa will be cleaned twice a week including all bedding, the cleaner is available for a daily service if required. Swimming pool is cleaned 3 times a week.

Included in the rental price will be the 'meet and greet' service at Phuket airport, where you will be met and brought to the villa by luxuary mini bus. Hire cars and scooters can be arranged.

Nai Harn, Ya Nui, Laem Kha, Rawai and Friendship beach are all within 5 - 10 minutes and are extremely beautiful and undeveloped, ideal for romantic walks, family picnics or just relaxing in peace after a heavy night! They are a lot quieter than the package tour destinations of Kata, Karon and Patong though this is where one must go for jet ski's, parascending and water skiing. There is good quality of local night life offering something for everyone though on a much smaller and quieter scale than the more 'colourful' nightlife found in the resort towns of Patong etc.

Nai Harn provides the perfect place from which to dip in to these areas and also to explore the whole of Phuket. Thai massages are offered on Nai Harn beach, the ideal spot to relax in. People flock from all over Phuket to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink on Promthep cape, just next to Nai Harn beach. There are a range of excellent local restaurants catering for every taste; for very good Thai cuisine we recommend Rusean Thai.
