Description
French house with a road at the front and the River Aude at the back. It has four bedrooms comfortably sleeps nine guests.
The house has three stories with three bedrooms upstairs, a large lounge and large kitchen diner at street level, which has a small balcony overlooking the river Aude. Downstairs there is a very spacious bed-sitting room with a second kitchen and bathroom downstairs. The downstairs opens out onto a patio, which has steps down to another patio, which is on the banks of the river.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 with double beds, bedroom 3 with two single beds. Downstairs there is a double bed settee and a single settee.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower.
Downstairs there is a bathroom with a bath and a shower in the bath.
Upstairs there is kitchen with hob, fridge, and a dishwasher. It has a large kitchen table and chairs. Downstairs the kitchen has a hob, washing machine, tumbler dryer and a fridge.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the downstairs kitchen.
The upstairs living room has two settees, a TV, a CD player. The sofa beds are in the downstairs bed-sitting room, which is completely separate and therefore the house would be suitable for two families.
There is a boarded attic upstairs which could be used as a playroom for small children.
All linen, towels, etc are provided. The linen will not be changed while the visitors are there but the washing machine can be used and there is excellent drying outside on the patio.
