The villa benefits from its own private pool with roman steps measuring 13.5m x 4.5m, with outdoor shower. It is south west facing garden with the best of the sun all afternoon and late into evening. All the bedrooms are benefiting from double glazed windows and patio doors, together with Percianas to aid your afternoon nap. Marble floors are on upper levels. There is an access to sun terraces from all bedrooms. The dining area has seating for eight. The lounge has an open fire, leather suite and oak flooring. The villa has a large covered terrace and private front terrace. There is outdoor furniture on the ground and first floor terraces. Also, an outdoor table tennis is available.
